Lori grew up in beautiful Lake Tahoe, California. Living in a world renowned resort destination had its benefits - cross country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, boating, quiet time by the Lake...you name it. Due to work-related injuries, Lori was "encouraged" to find a way to stay out of pain---hence came the opportunity to go to a local massage school in Carson City, Nevada and learn under a phenomenal instructor who was a former physician in the U.S. Army. Since 1994 Lori has made it a priority to continually advance herself in the massage industry. Lori says, "With over 20 years in this business, my purpose still is to search for new ways to end suffering." 

In October 2007, Lori found a great way to release pent up stress---LAUGHTER. Thanks to an episode on the Oprah Winfrey Show, she found and eventually became a Certified Laughter Coach through Dr. Madan Kataria's Laughter Yoga Education. Since then she has offered laughter sessions to various groups throughout Billings, as this too can alleviate tension in both the body and mind. 

As far as some of her favorite things to do in Montana, Lori LOVES going to eat at Fancy Sushi, Jimmy John's and Grand Garden with friends, just to name a few. Exploring Montana's breathtaking mountains with hikes, biking and camping, what more can a girl ask for? Life here is good indeed. Of course receiving excellent massages is at the top of her list for proactive health strategies!!! (Hint Hint)

In June 2014 Lori attended her first Fitness Adventure Camp in Hilo, HI, hosted by Master Trainer Gilad Janklowicz from "Bodies In Motion".  "In a nutshell, it was a life changing experience!!!!" Says Lori. "Something to look forward to in the year's ahead." 

Lori has owned and operated a full-time massage business in Billings, Montana since December 2008. She is currently writing a book and offering continuing education to other massage therapists, including potential employment opportunities.
